Victoria Dawson says New East Manchester is the place to be. A commercial property information provider from Lancashire, Victoria is the latest buyer to take advantage of the excellent transport links and city-centre convenience on offer at Countryside Properties' Sportcity Living development.
"The key factor for buying a home here was the location," commented Victoria. "Working in commercial property and coming from a family of property investors, I am constantly looking for a good opportunity so I was gutted when I found out all the homes at Sportcity had sold out. I literally rang every day in the hope that one might fall through.
"I'll be interested to see what September's casino review will bring, but regardless of the decision, New East Manchester is on the up and has huge potential for further growth."

"This is my second new build purchase and I can see a huge difference in the quality of the build. I went to see my house last week part way through the build and it exceeded all my expectations.
